Laundry Check Bag Style Knit Shorts

This knitted fabric recreates the pattern of a laundry check bag. By combining cotton boucle yarn and washi paper, we have been able to develop a fabric that is cool and crisp, yet soft and fluffy like a towel, making it extremely comfortable against the skin. Rather than using a knitted jacquard, we have instead combined bag jacquard and single jacquard to create the pattern, which has allowed us to reduce the amount of yarn used while creating a well-defined knitted fabric that is also lightweight. These knit shorts are easy to care for and can be washed at home.
