■Product delivery <br>Ordered items are usually shipped within 3 business days from the next business day after the order date.
For example, if you place an order on Friday, it will be shipped between Monday and Wednesday of the following week.

*"Business days" are weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, New Year's holidays, and summer holidays.
*Please note that delivery may take longer if there are a large number of orders during sales periods, or if bad weather affects transportation.
*Please note that your order will be automatically cancelled if the address is unknown, you are absent for an extended period of time, or if the storage period at Sagawa Express (approximately 8 days after shipment) has expired.


■About gift wrapping
We accept wrapping for regular items. If you would like wrapping, please write the relevant item in the memo section when placing your order.
When ordering multiple items , please be so kind as to specify the wrapping method, whether you would like them all wrapped together or wrapped individually.
Please note that if no information is provided, the items will be wrapped together.


Returns, exchanges, defective products and repairs

Please note that, as a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
In the unlikely event that the product you ordered is damaged or incorrect upon arrival after it has been shipped, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sale or outlet items.

If the product is defective or damaged, if you receive a product different from the one you ordered, or if we determine that a return or exchange is necessary, we will cover the shipping costs for the return, so please return the product to the address specified by us, cash on delivery.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Products for which you have contacted us more than 8 days after the product arrived - Products that have been worn or used even once (excluding products tried on indoors)
・Products that have been washed, cleaned or repaired ・Products with damaged or missing accessories or tags ・If we determine after inspecting the product that we cannot accept the return or exchange
