Please note that returns due to personal reasons are not accepted.
If you receive a defective item, we will issue a refund after verifying the defect through photos attached to an email sent within 7 days of product arrival.
If you wish to request a refund for a defective item, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product.

Due to spam filtering and domain restrictions, our emails may not be delivered correctly. Please ensure that you can receive emails from the following domain:

Additionally, certain email services, email software, or antivirus programs may mistakenly recognize our emails as spam, preventing proper delivery.
(This is particularly common for users of free email services such as Hotmail.)
In such cases, please check your spam folder or adjust the settings of your email service or software.
Conditions for Non-Refundable Defective Items
Please note that we cannot accept refund requests for the following:
- Items that have exceeded 7 days since delivery.
- Used or second-hand items.
- If the order recipient differs from the person who placed the order (excluding defective items).
Refund Process
Please follow the steps below to request a refund:

- Full name
- Home address
- Email address
- Product name and product number
- Description of the defect (if applicable, please attach photos of the damage)
- Order number (found in the order confirmation email)
2️⃣ Once we have reviewed your email, we will provide instructions for the refund process.
