"Cody Roy" FFA Jacket

This blouson is inspired by vintage FFA jackets, recreating the look of corduroy through a knit construction.
Using a specialized knitting machine, the fabric is carefully pulled while being knit over time to create a ridged, corduroy-like texture.
While made with soft-touch yarn, the back is bonded with an interfacing to give the knit a structured, firm finish.
The chest features "CODY ROY"—a fictional name derived from deconstructing the word "corduroy"—applied using crochet.
The back is also adorned with hand-stitched "LOCAL VISITOR" lettering and an earth motif,
adding the unique dimension and playfulness found only in handcrafted pieces.
