Basket Weave Cargo Knit Shorts

We developed a basket-like texture by combining Gima cotton (a cotton yarn with the refreshing feel of linen) and polyester yarn. By holding down the irregular cross-section Gima cotton with the fluffy and rounded polyester yarn and washing it twice, we have eliminated the characteristic stiffness of Gima cotton, resulting in an extremely soft, light, and smooth material perfect for summer. The patches attached to both flap pockets are all handmade by artisans using crochet. It is washable and easy to care for.
