Black Denim Knit Jacket

A knit jacket that recreates the 80s Levi's 70505 4th type with pockets. We developed a black denim-style fabric using eight types of complex yarns. By knitting front and back in a single jacquard alternating pattern while holding together yarns with various characteristics, we have replicated the twill weave structure. Despite being a knit, it is a unique material—a hybrid between knit and woven fabric—that is resistant to stretching and features a distinct texture, and it is also machine washable. Production is limited to specific knitting machines, making it highly rare. The red selvage on the chest pocket is also handmade using crochet.
